The Label Ordering Process

Once you have your CLEI codes from Telcordia Technologies, you are on your way to ordering your CLEI Code bar code labels.   If you do not have your CLEI codes yet and need more information on it, click here!

Stogas can help you get a supply of these specialized labels to meet your customers requirements.  The first step is to download our orderform. 

Fill out the required fields for shipping, billing and payment.   

Next, fill out the section for your labels.  Here you need to fill in the 

bulletProduct identifier
bulletManufacturer 4 character code (as per ANSI T1.220, )
bulletCLEI code
bullet6 digit ECI (Equipment Catalog Item, i.e. 123456)
bulletLabel type 
bulletQuantity of labels needed
bulletFor 2D labels we will need a list of serial numbers along with the orderform

Once you complete the form, you can email it to Sales@stogas.com and within 24 hours you will receive a reply. If you do not receive a reply please call us at 732-925-1649!
